Trinity University Breaks Into D3hoops.com Top 25

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – After a perfect 6-0 start to the season, the Trinity University Tigers have been tabbed 19th in the latest D3hoops.com Top 25.

Trinity is in the middle of the program's strongest start since the 2009-10 season where they also began the season 6-0. They currently average 66.7 points per game and shoot 38.5% from the field and a conference-best 35.5% from three-point range. 

Senior forward/center Anecia Richardson has already earned one SCAC Player-of-the-Week honor after leading the Tigers to a tournament win at the Mike Durgala Memorial at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Richardson was also named MVP of the tournament. 

The Tigers will take on 2-3 Houston Baptist on Wednesday, December 2nd to go for a 7-0 start to the season for the first time since 2003-04.
