GEORGETOWN, Texas
- With 12 rebounds on senior night, Annie Bourne moved atop the SCAC record book in career rebounds (male or female) with 1,090. Katy Williams, who played at Austin College from 2006-2010, was the previous record holder with 1,083 career rebounds. Box Score

Bourne, a 6-0 senior from Dallas, Texas, finished the evening with 13 points, 12 rebounds and four assists - garnering her 11th double-double of the season. For her career, the senior is averaging a remarkable 11.0 rebounds per game and is just eight points away from becoming the third player in SCAC history to post both 1,000 points and rebounds for a career. Williams had 1,519 points to go along with her 1,083 rebounds and Trinity's Krista Prato Matthews (2005-2009) finished her career with 1,423 points and 1,009 rebounds.

Williams (pictured with Bourne and the Southwestern team) was on hand for the occasion as the Pirates earned the 72-55 victory over Schreiner University to remain atop the SCAC with a 9-2 conference mark and even their overall mark at 11-11.

Bourne has three more regular season games to pad her career rebounding totals before the Pirates take part in the 2015 SCAC Women's Basketball Tournament, which begins Feb. 27 on the campus of the University of Dallas.
