In this, the third year of the event, SCAC Assistant Commissioner Katie Mucci (@katiemucci) and Sports Information and Multimedia Assistant Blake Childers (@SCAC_BChilders) will visit each of the eight campuses of the conference over the course of 10 days.

This year's tour will be promoted via the conference's Twitter (@SCAC_Sports), Instagram (@SCAC_Sports) and Snapchat (scacsports) accounts. You can also follow the progress of the tour by using the hashtag #SCAC8in8.

Additionally, the SCAC will again enlist the assistance of a student-athlete representative from each campus to shoot video and take pictures, which will be posted on the conference's Instagram and YouTube accounts as well as an original video from the conference representatives.

Limited edition #SCAC8in8 prizes will be given out by student reps who will be asking SCAC- and institution-based trivia questions throughout the campus visit.

Blake and Katie received a campus tour from senior Sarah Huffman, a student ambassador at Schreiner. A highlight of the tour was a visit to the campus' beautiful commons area where they ran into campus celebrity, Jamal the Rooster. Later in the afternoon, Schreiner head women's basketball coach Temaine Wright gave Blake and Katie an all access tour of the newly minted Schreiner University Events Center. After the tour, Blake and Katie headed out to the soccer fields to catch the women's and men's teams take on East Texas Baptist University. The Mountaineers earned the sweep over the visiting Tigers as the women prevailed 3-0 and the men held on for a 3-2 victory. The doubleheader sweep pushed the #SCAC8in8 tour's cumulative record to a perfect 5-0. (Women's recap) (Men's recap)

Additionally, two Schriener student-athletes - sophomore baseball player Sam Pistrul and senior women's basketball player Kaitlyn Goertz - provided a glimpse of the typical game day atmosphere at Schreiner, which apparently includes lots of dancing and feats of strenghth. Click here to view the video if it does not appear below.

Blake and Katie will be on the campus of Austin College on Sunday to watch the 'Roos women's soccer team attempt to pick up its first victory of the 2015 season in a match-up against Concordia University (Texas).
