MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Centre College senior Danny Noll and Colorado College junior Nick Rose earned postseason recognition as the pair each earned a spot on the 2010 D3hoops.com All-Region teams, the website announced this afternoon.
Both Noll and Rose were named to the All-South region third team. The pair were the only Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference representatives on the All-Region teams.
Noll, who helped guide the Colonels to their third SCAC title in four years, earned first team All-SCAC honors this season. He averaged 14.1 points per game (8th in the SCAC) and 7.4 rebounds per game (6th in the SCAC) while also being named to the 2010 SCAC All-Tournament team. Noll earrned third team All-South honors last season.
Rose, who helped the Tigers to a 12-13 season, led the SCAC in scoring with 21.9 points per game while also ranking in the top-10 in shooting (45.3 percent - 7th) and free throw shooting (87.5 percent - 1st). He has helped the Tigers to a 12 game improvment from his freshman year to his junior year.
