SCAC Women's Basketball Recap - Week Four

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - It was a light schedule for teams this week as many students gear up for finals, but that didn't stop some of the nailbiters that happened courtside.

Schreiner pulled out a close, one-possession win over Sul Ross State on the road. The 59-57 win put The Mountaineers 2-0 against the Lobos this season.

The University of Dallas lost a heartbreaker to Dallas Christian on Tuesday in a game that went into over time. The Crusaders erased a 15-point lead from the first half to tie it at the final buzzer but ultimately the game came down to a 77-76 loss. The team set a new school record for steals in a game at 18.

The Texas Lutheran Bulldogs added a big win over the Concordia University Tornados. After losing 47-39 in a holiday tournament earlier this season, the Bulldogs sought revenge when they visited the Tornados on their home court on Wednesday. Junior Cami Davis netted 29 points and dished out five assists in the 68-52 win.
