Trinity's Warren, Wolfe Named SCAC Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Junior sprinter Cody Wolfe and sophomore field athletes George Warren of Trinity University has been named SCAC Track and Field Athletes of the Week after impressive performances this past weekend.

 

 

 

 

 

SCAC TRACK ATHLETE-OF-THE-WEEK
Events through Sunday, April 6th

CODY WOLFE OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior from Normangee, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Track Athlete-of-the-Week for meets through Sunday, April 6th.

Wolfe led the Tigers in Nacogdoches, Texas at the Sketcher's Carl Kight Invitational hosted by Stephen F. Austin.

Wolfe competed in the 200m and ran a time of 22.66s, which is a personal record and leads the conference. The time placed him 18th overall among many scholarship athletes.

GEORGE WARREN OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a sophomore from Georgetown, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Field Athlete-of-the-Week for meets through Sunday, April 6th.

Warren led the Tigers in Nacogdoches, Texas at the Sketcher's Carl Kight Invitational hosted by Stephen F. Austin.

Warren competed in the high jup this past weekend, jumping a height of 1.98m, tying for sixth overall among many Division I athletes. He also competed in with the 4x400 team that finished 12th overall with a time of 3:25.03.
