SCAC Men's Cross Country Recap - Week Four

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Only two of the league's seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's cross country teams were in action this past week.

Freshman Joshua Im finished third among 59 individuals to lead the Southwestern men at the Concordia Texas Invitational on Saturday morning at Balcones Country Club.

Im navigated the 8,000-meter course in a time of 28:38 as the Pirates finished fourth overall among six teams.

Texas Lutheran University competed in a dual with Southwestern Assemblies of God and was defeated, 22 to 33.

Junior Rudoph Calderon led the Bulldogs with a third-place overall finish as he navigated the 5,000 meter course in a time of 16:46.60. Gerard Nava of SAGU won the race in a time of 16:28.47.
