CAROLINE KUTACH AND CHEYNNE DUNCAN OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from through Sunday, April 15th. Kutach is a junior from McGregor, Texas and Duncan is a senior from San Angelo, Texas.
No. 19 Trinity's line three doubles team scored the first team point to spark the Tigers to a doubles sweep en route to a 6-3 win over Southwestern on Saturday.
Duncan and Kutach won their fifth consecutive doubles match of the season, improving to 7-5.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Megan Ingram and Mary Eby of Texas Lutheran University teamed up to secure a victory over Schreiner University at No. 2 doubles, winning 9-8 (7-3).
