ALLI MCLAIN AND MADISON DYER OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for matches played through Sunday, February 4th. McLain is a senior from Rockport, Texas and Dyer is a junior from Marble Falls, Texas.
The duo posted a 2-1 doubles record last week, defeating opponents from Howard Payne University and Sul Ross State University, but falling to a pair from NCAA Division II #8 St. Mary's.
McLain/Dyer defeated Erin Mccleer and Erin Blanchard of HPU 8-2 before taking down Sul Ross State's top team of Annette Posada and Daisy Martinez.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Junior Kara Miller and Sophomore Lauren Stanley of Schreiner University went 2-1 last week, defeating Howard Payne and Sul Ross State's top duos.
