BRIANA HERNANDEZ OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a first-year infielder from Irving, Texas has been selected the SCAC Softball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21.
 
Hernandez led Austin College to a 4-2 record (4-0 SCAC) during the week.

Hernandez had a big week at the plate for the Kangaroos, batting .350 with three home runs and 12 runs batted in as the ‘Roos went 4-2, including a series sweep of SCAC rival the University of Dallas.

Hernandez boasted a .850 slugging percentage and a .435 on base percentage to tally 1.285 OPS (On-base+Slugging) and also scored seven runs and added a double and a stolen base.
