HERNANDEZ OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a first-year infielder
from Irving, Texas has been selected the SCAC Softball Offensive
Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, March 4 through
Sunday, March 10.
Hernandez had a monster day at the plate in the
‘Roos doubleheader against the University of the Ozarks,
batting .571 with three home runs, four runs scored, and six runs
batted in.
Hernandez had a slugging percentage of 1.857
and a .625 slugging percentage in the doubleheader and tallied a
2.482 OPS (on base + slugging).
