LYNDEN
PINDLING OF RHODES COLLEGE, a junior short stop
from Nassau, Bahamas, has been named the SCAC Offensive Baseball
Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, March 12 through
Sunday, March 18.
Pindling hit .563 on the week going 9 for 16 and
helped lead the Lynx to a 5-0 record during the week. He tallied a
.652 on-base percentage by reaching base 15 of the 23 times he came
to the plate and posted a .812 slugging percentage.
In a win over #24 Heidelberg, Pindling was 2 for
3 with two runs scored, a double and an RBI while stealing two
bases. Against Wooster, he was 3 for 3 with two doubles, an
RBI and a run scored while also swiping two bases. He totaled
three multi-hit games during the week for the Lynx.
For the week, Pindling tallied four doubles, six
walks, six stolen bases and scored five runs.
