ANNA SCHNEEMANN OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a junior from San Angelo, Texas, has been named the SCAC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week for matches played through Sunday, February 25th.
Schneemann won her only singles match of the week, helping the Pirates to a win over 5-4 win against Millsaps College on the road.
Schneemann competed at the No. 3 line, defeating Morgan Jenkins 6-4, 6-0. With the win, she moves to 3-0 this spring at the third line.
