KATIE PATTERSON OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a junior from Dover, Mass., has been named SCAC Women's Tennis Player-of-the-Week for matches played through Sunday, March 17.
Patterson posted a 2-1 record in both doubles and singles to help Colorado College post a 2-1 record in its first three spring-break matches in Orlando. Patterson posted a 6-4, 6-2 victory at No. 2 singles and prevailed by a 7-6 count at No. 1 doubles as the Tigers defeated Wisconsin Lutheran by a 7-2 score.
After dropping both matches against Wisconsin-Lacrosse,
Patterson bounced back to record an 8-4 win at No.
1 doubles and a 6-2, 6-0 triumph at No. 2 singles during a 7-2
vanquish of Oglethorpe University.
