Sewanee's Shackelford records 400th winFebruary 28, 2010SEWANEE, Tenn. - Veteran Sewanee women's tennis coach Conchie Shackelford recorded her 400th career win on Saturday with a 9-0 shutout of visiting Agnes Scott College. Shackelford's career record is 400-150 (.727) in her 24th season, making her the winningest coach in Sewanee athletics history. Shackelford has coached 27 All-Americans, the 1993 ITA national doubles champions, nine top-10 teams, and has won six conference championships (four WIAC, two SCAC).
