LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Colorado College sophomores Olivia Dilorati and Samantha Buxbaum have been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Female Swimmer and Diver-of-the-Week, respectively, for Week One of the 2013-14 SCAC Women's Swimming & Diving season.
SCAC WOMEN'S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK
Meets through Sunday, October 20
OLIVIA DILORATI OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a sophomore from Braintree, Mass., has been selected the SCAC Women's Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, October 20.
Dilorati won all four of her events in the Tigers' four-point win over Division II opponent Western State Colorado University.
She finished in first place in the 100 back (1:03.63), the 200 back (2:19.74), the 100 fly (1:01.88), and was part of the winning 400 medley relay team.
SCAC WOMEN'S DIVER OF THE WEEK
Meets through Sunday, October 20
SAMANTHA BUXBAUM OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a sophomore from Bethesda, Md., has been selected the SCAC Women's Diver-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, October 20.
In the Tigers' win over Western State Colorado University, Buxbaum won the 3 meter diving with 145.21 points (her first collegiate win), and was fourth on the 1 meter diving with 150.05 points.
