RACHEL MACBETH OF DEPAUW UNIVERSITY, a junior outfield from Indianapolis, Ind., has been selected the SCAC Softball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, March 21 through Sunday, March 27.

MacBeth had an impressive week at the plate guiding the DU Tigers to a 5-1-1 record including two conference wins over Sewanee and wins over #21 Piedmont and #1 Emory. She batted .519 on the week (14-for-27) scoring seven runs, knocking in eight RBIs with a .593 slugging percentage.

MacBeth collected three hits in three games against #21 Piedmont, #1 Emory and Sewanee. MacBeth went 5-for-7 in a double headed on the road against #21 Piedmont and 5-for-9 on the road against #1 Emory.  MacBeth was also a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen bases.
