COLIN THOMPSON
OF MILLSAPS COLLEGE, a junior midfielder from
Memphis, Tenn., has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer
Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday,
October 27 through Sunday, November 2.
Thompson had two goals and an assist in a 4-3,
double overtime win against Sewanee on Sunday, securing the most
overall and conference wins for Millsaps since the 1998 season.
Thompson's first goal in the 83rd minute was the equalizer
after trailing 3-2, while his goal in the 106th minute was the
game-winner.
On the season, Thompson has six goals and four
assists for 16 points.
