KATIE FAUCHER OF RHODES COLLEGE, a junior forward from Jefferson, Mass., has been selected as the SCAC Field Hockey Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played Monday, October 24 through Sunday, October 30.

Faucher scored three goals this weekend including both game winners in Rhodes wins at home to secure the #1 seed in the upcoming SCAC Tournament. Faucher also tallied an assist in the Sewanee game, pushing her totals for the year to 13 goals and four assists for 30 points. Faucher is second in goals scored in the conference rankings, and is currently third in points. Faucher’s determination and composure on the front line have been a big piece of the Lynx success this fall.
