Chelsea Cole, Trinity University, Co-Offensive Player of the Week (Week 8)

CHELSEA COLE OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior midfielder from Texarkana, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Soccer Co-Offensive Player of the Week for the week beginning October 16th. Cole is joined by Schreiner University's Dani Loeblein as the winners of this award.

She netted the game-winner in the fourth minute, than added her second of the game early in the second half to put Trinity ahead 4-0. On Sunday, Cole scored on her only shot of the game, giving the Tigers a 2-0 halftime advantage against Austin.

For the season, Cole leads Trinity with 17 goals and 41 total points, and she is also now leading the team with four game-winning goals this year.\
