HANNA NINER OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's Golfer of the Week for competitions through Tuesday, October 6.
Niner tied for first place in the University of Houston-Victoria Fall Classic this week, shooting a three-round mark of 224 (+8) to help the Tigers to a top team finish.
Niner shot a 73 (+1) through the final round to move into the top spot with a 54-hole mark of 224. In a one-hole playoff, Niner was edged by by Brooke Brasseaux of UH-V.
Niner and the Tigers will compete next in the Alamo City Classic on October 19-20.
