JOSH IM OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a sophomore from San Antonio, Texas has been selected the SCAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for his performance at the East Texas Baptist University Tiger Invitational.
Im ran a season-best time of 27:15 for the 8k race.
Im placed fourth overall in the field of D-III Runners.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Senior Rudy Calderon of Texas Lutheran University was the first DIII runner to cross the finish line at the University of Incarnate Word Invitational. Caleron's time of 27:57 is his fastest 8K time of this season. Freshman Joseph Boyle of the University of Dallas competed in his second 8K of his career and placed 15th at the University of the Ozarks Invitational with his time of 29:09.
