JACOB CARTER OF CENTRE COLLEGE, a senior from Bardstown, Ken., has been selected the SCAC Men's Field Athlete-of-the-Week for meets conducted through Sunday, April 22.
Carter had a very solid meet this past weekend at the Eastern Kentucky Twilight meet. He tallied a throw of 12.98 meters in the shot put which set a personal best and currently ranks him first on the SCAC performance list.
Carter also ranks fourth in the discus, second
in the hammer throw and fifth in the javelin.

Ryan's
mark in the Dec was over a 400 point PR with a mark of 5,860. He is
currently ranked in the top 5 in the country in the Dec. Ryan's
mark in the high jump ranks him first in the conference, and his
marks in the Javelin, Discus, and Long Jump are in the top
eight.
