KEVIN THOMAS OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a first-year swimmer from McAllen , Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men's Co-Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, January 29.
Thomas showed some speed this past weekend at the UIW Cardinal Invitational, putting up a 21.02 split to help the Tiger 200 freestyle relay clock a quick 1:26.62. The time currently ranks as the best in the SCAC to date.
Thomas
then posted a solid time of 21.62 in the 50 freestyle before
clocking a 21.08 in anchoring Trinity's 200 medley relay team.

In
the Colonel Classic Lowery went seasonal best
times in all of his events. He swam 2:10.99 in the 200 IM, 57.05 in
the 100 Back and 2:06.69 in the 200 Back. In his relays Lowery split 22.6 in
the 200 free relay and 51.63 in his 400 Free relay.
