COURTLAND DAY OF SEWANEE: THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a senior from Barnesville, Ga., has been selected the SCAC Men's Swimmer-of-the-Week for all meets through Sunday, October 30.

Day had a busy weekend swimming the Hendrix Classic and the Hendrix Relays. He helped the men to a fifth place finish in the Classic on the power of a 2:02.63 200 IM , 2:11.10 200 Breast (third place) and anchoring the 400 free relay a few minutes later (50.15, sixth place).

At the Hendrix Relay meet, Day split 59.62 breast on the 400 Medley, Led off the winning 3 X 100 Breast relay (1:00.76), contributed a 56.67 split to the fourth place 3 X 100 IM relay, and swam a 100 free a few minutes later on the Crescendo relay (50.18) to help the men to an overall fourth place finish in the meet against many scholarship teams.
