LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Three SCAC teams crossed the finish line in away competitions this weekend.
Trinity University traveled to Arkansas for the much-anticipated Chile Pepper Festival. The Tigers finished eighth of 45 teams and was led by senior Haley McFadden who finished the 5k in 17:41.6.
Texas Lutheran University and Schreiner University competed at the Southwest Texas Junior College Invitational. Texas Lutheran took the first eight spots and earned a first place team finish on the day. TLU sophomore Ashley Rynard took first place as an individual with her time of 19:57.1. Schreiner was lead by freshman Ahtziri Hernanez who finished the race 11th with her time of 27:14.3.
