THOMAS SCHUBERG OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS, a sophomore from Camarillo, Calif., has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for competitions played through Tuesday, March 14.
Schuberg scored his lowest round of the three on Tuesday with a 74. He led the Crusaders overall and finished in 23rd place with a two-day total of 228 as Dallas finished eighth among the 10 competiting insitutions at the LeTourneau University Yellowjacket Invitational.
Schuberg continues to pace Dallas as the top finisher in all tournaments both this fall and to start the spring. He was SCAC Golfer-of-the-Week twice during the fall season.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Freshman golfer Reed Balcerowicz of Centenary shot a 77 (+6) in each of the final two rounds to finish with a total of 236 (+23) at the LeTourneau University Yellowjacket Invitational.
