JULIA CAMP OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a freshman midfielder from Houston, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, September 15th through Sunday, September 21st.

Camp scored a pair of goals over the opening SCAC weekend of the season, leading Trinity’s third-ranked women’s soccer team to road wins over Austin College and the University of Dallas.

Camp knocked in a goal in each game, which included the game-winning goal against Dallas on Sunday. In Friday’s win over Austin, Camp scored her first career goal in the 82nd minute to put the Tigers up 2-0 and seal the win. On Sunday, Camp broke a scoreless tie late in the first half, knocking in the eventual game-winning goal in the 43rd minute of play.

For the season, Camp is tied for third on the team in both goals and points, picking up both goals and all four of her points this week.
