TYLER BROWN OF AUSTIN COLLEGE, a sophomore from San Antonio, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men's Swimmer of the Week for all meets through Sunday, December 4th.
Brown had two individual victories and swam the breaststroke leg on the winning 200 medley relay in the 'Roos' victory over McMurry Saturday.
Brown earned his solo wins in the 200-yard individual medley, finishing the event with a time of 2:05.42, and the 100 breaststroke (1:03.32). In the relay, Brown posted a 50 yard split of 28.86.
Other outstanding performances in the SCAC
Sophomore Jerick Pena of McMurry University took first in the 100 fly (56.91) and second in the 200 IM (2:10.21) during a dual meet with Austin College.
