MICKEY SCHARBROUGH OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a freshman from Lake Havasu, Ariz., has been selected the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer-of-the-Week for competition through Sunday, January 18th.

Scharbrough played a major role for the Pirates this past weekend, leading the team to a huge victory over Trinity in their final home meet of the season.

Scharbrough won the 100 breast with a time of 1:00.80 and followed that up with a win in the 200 breast with a time of 2:17.00.
