JOSH ADAMS OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior midfielder from Houston, Texas has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 10 through Sunday, October 16.
Adams led Trinity with his fourth multi-goal
game of the season on Saturday, earning a 4-1 victory over
Southwestern University.
Adams scored one goal in each half of the game – including the game’s first goal in the 17th minute of action. He has had at least one goal in nine consecutive games this season. With the two goals, Adams also moves into the top 20 in school history for career goals scored, totaling 25 so far in his career. He is currently tied for 18th all-time.
For the season, Adams leads Trinity with 14 total goals and six game-winning goals in just 12 games.
