CADE OSGOOD OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a junior from Austin, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Golfer-of-the-Week for competition played from Wednesday, April 3 through Tuesday, April 9.
Osgood paced the Pirates, scoring a 72 in the first round and 70 in the second for a 142, tying Seger Howell of Concordia for second overall at two under par at the ASC Conference Preview, which was played Sunday and Monday at The Club at Commanche Trace.

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Senior Colin Uecker of Texas Lutheran moved from a tie for 18th after round one to a tie for fifth with a two-under 70 in the second round of the ASC Preview. He finished at 145 (+1). Senior Jake Bell of Schreiner fired rounds of 70 and 77 to finish with a 147 (+3) - good enough for a tie for ninth in the ASC Preview 78-player field.
