CONWAY, Ark. - The Southwestern softball team had a daunting task ahead of them on the final day of SCAC Conference Tournament action, needing to defeat Millsaps College twice to earn their first conference title. The program, just in its second year, stepped up to the challenge in a big way, winning 3-2 and 8-5 to be named 2010 SCAC Champions.
CONWAY, Ark. - Millsaps and Southwestern will face off tomorrow from Warrior Field for the 2010 SCAC Softball Championship. The Majors are returning to the championship for the second time in three years while Southwestern, in just their second year playing softball, makes their inaugural championship appearance.
CONWAY, Ark. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Tournament returns to Conway, Ark., and the campus of Hendrix College for the first time since 2005. Competition begins on Friday, April 23rd and runs through Sunday, April 25th.
