Located in the county seat of suburban Williamson County, Georgetown has a population of 47,400 and lays claim to possessing the "Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas." Buildings in its Downtown Historic District include the Victorian-era Old Williamson County Jail and the 1911 Courthouse.
Southwestern men’s and women’s soccer as well as men’s and women’s lacrosse have called Varsity Field home since 1993. During that time the Pirates have seen improvements as well as hosted numerous championships on campus. This will mark the second time that Southwestern has hosted the SCAC Women's Soccer Tournament, with the first time coming in 2012.
