SARAH ROCK OF SEWANEE: UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a first-year runner from Evansville, Ind., has been selected the SCAC Women's Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week for meets run through Saturday, October 23.
Rock had a fantastic race this week at the Cherokee Trails Invitational in Oakville, Ala. She ran a college personal best time for 5K by finishing in 22:24. This is a 2:14 improvement over a 5k time she ran earlier this season.
