COURTNEY LAUER
OF DEPAUW UNIVERSITY, a senior from St. Louis, Mo.,
has been selected the SCAC Women's Field Athlete-of-the-Week for
meets conducted from Monday, March 28 through Sunday, April 3.
Lauer finished second at the Washington University
Invitational Heptathlon. Her point total of 4,528 currently ranks
third on the Division III national list.
Lauer tallied marks of: 100-meter hurdles - 17.21, high jump - 4-11, shot put - 36-1.75(PR), 200-meter - 27.14, long jump -17-3(PR), javelin - 121-5.5, 800-meter - 2:22.71. Her point total is second only to her PR of 4,581 at the national championships in 2010.
