MARTIN OF SEWANEE-THE UNIVERSITY OF THE
SOUTH, a first-year runner from Oklahoma
City, Okla., has been named the SCAC Women’s Track
Athlete-of-the-Week for all meets from Monday, March 8 through
Sunday, March 14.
Martin ran a personal best time of 19:21.78 in the 5000 meter run
to place ninth out of 29 runners at the Birmingham-Southern College
Invitational.
