SADIE
YANCKELLO OF RHODES COLLEGE, a first-year from
Oviedo, Fla., has been selected the SCAC Women's Track
Athlete-of-the-Week for meets conducted through Sunday, April
1.
Yanckello placed fifth in the 100 Hurdles in a time of
15.76 at Washington (Mo.) University. Later in the meet Sadie
finished second in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:03.47. Her time
currently leads the SCAC and is 5th on the NCAA
Qualifying List.
Yanckello also competed on both relays. The 4x100
is currently ranked first in the SCAC and third on the NCAA list
which placed third at Wash U. with a time of 47.96.
She led off the 4x400 which took first in the meet and currently
leads the NCAA list with a time of 3:51.72.
