ERYN SNYDER OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a senior goalkeeper from Spring Branch, Texas has been named the SCAC Women's Soccer Co-Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 13 through Sunday, October 19.
Snyder who recorded her fifth shutout of the
season against Hardin-Simmons this week, has allowed only eight
goals in over 18 hours of play this season, leading to an
impressive 0.66 GA average.
Snyder who is tied for second in the league with
five shutouts has helped to lead the Pirates to a region ranking
(10th in the South) for the first time this year.
