BRIANNA YOUNG OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior forward from Rockville Centre, N.Y., has been selected as the SCAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, October 11.

Young had two goals and two assists over the weekend, leading the Trinity Tigers to a pair of road wins over Birmingham-Southern and Millsaps.

Young scored the game-winning goals in both games over the weekend, as well as adding assists on the other two goals scored by the team.

For the season, Young leads the team with seven goals, six assists, and 20 points. Her five game-winning goals are also the most on the Tiger team this year, and that total makes 12 in her career at Trinity.
