May 05, 2023SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Fifth-seeded and host Trinity University used a dominant pitching performance from Jordan Arce as she tossed a one-hit, eight strike out complete game shutout in the Tigers' 1-0 victory over fourth-seeded Centenary College in the opening round of the 2023 SCAC Softball Championship. Trinity plated the game's only run on an RBI single from Jordyn Williams in the top of the fourth inning.

May 05, 2023IRVING, Texas – Third-seeded Southwestern University earned an 8-3 win over sixth-seeded Schreiner University on Friday afternoon in game two of the 2023 SCAC Softball Championship. Pirate short stop Jessey Nunez paced the Southwestern offense as she was 3-for-3 with a triple, an RBI, and two runs scored.
