SAL PERDOMO OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a junior from Irving, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men's Track Athlete-of-the-Week for meets conducted through Sunday, March 18.
Perdomo set a school record in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:31.46. It breaks a four year old school record and is the leading time in the SCAC conference. It also ranks him third overall for Division III.
