ALEXIS DIMACHE AND GRANT GIDEON OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, have been named the SCAC Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for matches played through Sunday, April 8th. Dimanche is a sophomore from Mouans-Sartoux, Alpes Maritimes, France and Gideon is a senior from San Angelo, Texas.

Dimanche and Gideon went 3-0 at No. 1 doubles last week to lead the Pirates to three victories.

The duo scored wins over Hardin-Simmons, Schreiner and Mary Hardin-Baylor. They posted 8-2 wins over both HSU and UMHB, but faced a tough battle against SCAC foe, Schreiner, defeating the duo of Andrew Albright and Roger Santos 9-8(5).

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Siddharth Kortikere and Kenneth Hardy of Austin College went 2-0 last week with wins over Texas Lutheran University and Centenary College at the top line.
