MORGAN SLEVIN OF RHODES COLLEGE, a senior from Sarasota, Fla., has been named SCAC Men's Tennis Player-of-the-Week for matches played through Sunday, April 15.
Slevin went 2-0 at No. 1 singles
during this two matches at the Rhodes
College Invitational.
In his first match against a tough Birmingham-Southern
College team and with the overall team score at 4-3
in favor of Rhodes, Morgan went into a third set against his
opponent. The senior pulled out the match, 7-6(4), 6-7(7), 6-1 to
clinch the team win for the Lynx.
In his second match 30 minutes later, Slevin
played solid to pull out a straight sets win against his opponent
from Centre College.
