EDWARD
WILLIAMS OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a 6-0
first-year attacker from Houston, Texas, has been selected the SCAC
Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from
Monday, February 22 through Sunday, February 28.
Williams tallied six goals in three games during the week,
highlighted by Southwestern's first-ever NCAA goal.
Against Whittier, Williams tallied a goal at 11:54
of the 3rd period off an assist from Jamie Long, for the program's
first-ever goal. Williams finished the week with
six goals on 17 shots and two total ground balls.
