CADE OSGOOD OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a sophomore from Austin, Texas, has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for competition played through March 20th.
Osgood finished in third place at the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational, leadin the Pirates to a fourth place finish. The field included 150 golfers from 30 teams, including 20 that were nationally ranked.
Osgood carded a 210 (-6) over the 54 holes, including the second-lowest round of the tournament on Friday, a 68 (-4). Throughout the event, he totaled 14 birdies, two eagles and 27 pars.
