AARON QUINTANILLA OF CENTENARY COLLEGE, a freshman outfielder from Houston, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Baseball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 7th through Sunday, April 13th.

Quintanilla moved Centenary into second place in the SCAC Standings this past weekend as they swept the Ausitn College ‘Roos.

Quintanilla posted a team-best .500 batting average while tying for the team lead in hits with six and recording five RBI – second most on the team. 

Half of the freshman’s hits went for extra bases including back-to-back triples in the 13-run inning for the Maroon and White in the second game of the series. Quintanilla tallied multiple hits in all three contests.
