Hill, a first-year from Abilene, Texas, and Kim, a first-year from Phoenix, Ariz., posted back-to-back shutouts (8-0) in the Tigers' season-opening in-region victories over East Texas Baptist (9-0) and Mary Hardin-Baylor (8-1).
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Hannah Reyna and junior Victoria Morales of Schreiner picked up an 8-2 victory at No. 1 doubles in the team's sweep of Howard Payne after falling to the top team of New Mexico Military Institute earlier in the day. First-year Kara Bucey and first-year Kayleigh Gardner of Texas Lutheran picked up their first match win of the season, 8-3, over East Texas Baptist on Friday.
