Cole led Trinity to a pair of SCAC home wins over the weekend, defeating Texas Lutheran and Dallas. Cole had three goals in the two games, including the game-winner over Texas Lutheran on Friday night. 

 

On Sunday, she netted her third multi-goal game of the season with a goal in each half against Dallas. For the season, Cole has scored a team-leading 16 goals and five assists in 14 games, including four game-winning goals.

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Freshman forward Marissa Wheeler of Schreiner led the Mountaineers to a 1-0-1 mark last week in SCAC play scoring the opening goal of the week in a 2-2 tie with Dallas. Freshman midfielder Hallie Rutherford of Southwestern scored twice to lead the Pirates to a 6-0 win over Johnson & Wales last Friday. Sophomore defender Mariela Candelario of Texas Lutheran scored the game-winner in overtime against Johnson & Wales to improve to 5-4 in league play on the season.
