ERIC QUINN OF OGLETHORPE UNIVERSITY, a sophomore from Norcross, Ga., has been named SCAC Men's Golfer-of-the-Week for tournaments played through Tuesday, April 11.

Quinn finished second in the Emory University Spring Invitational at Stone Mountain. He carded a two day total of 145 (72, 73) to finish runner-up in the very strong field that included Guilford, Greensboro, Methodist, Centre, Emory, Birmingham Southern, LaGrange and Christopher Newport. Later that day Quinn was honored as the 2011 GEORGIA CUP Player of the Year for Division III in the state of Georgia.
